Under 18's & Senior Women

Competition

Our Senior Females and our Under 18's teams compete in the Adelaide Football Women's League (AFWL). We are seeking dedicated and committed female footballers to join these teams in 2020. 

Generally, Senior Women play Home games Saturday nights - Away games either Saturday nights or Sunday during the day. This may also be subject to change as the size of the competition is expanding rapidly in 2020.  

We are always looking for new players, (no experience necessary) so why not come out to a training session and see why so many females are now turning to Football

Registration

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Please make note of the following instructions before you proceed with completing an online registration form.

Existing Players:

If you have played football at a club in the past and you have your username and password, please select the first option on the opening screen of the registration form, which reads, 'I have participated in a club before and have my username and password'. This option is only available for those registering with the same club in which they have participated within the past. If you want to participate at a different club, you will need to obtain a transfer. See information on transfers below.

If you have played football at a club in the past and you do not have your username and password, please select the second option on the opening screen, which reads, 'I would like to request my username and password' and once you have received these details via email, you should return to the online form and select the first option to proceed with your registration.

New Players

If you have never played for a football club, please select the third option on the opening screen of the registration form, which reads, 'I am registering to participate to this club for the first time'.

Transfers:

If you require a transfer, please speak to the secretary or registrar at the club. You or your parent/guardian will need to complete a Player Transfer Form prior to the transfer being processed. Please also be aware that there are restrictions in place which limit the number of player transfers permitted between SAWFL clubs, and the club you are wishing to transfer to may be unable to accept your transfer (refer to section 9 of the SAWFL By-Laws).
